I am not saying this will work for you guys but I did the 10 day daniel fast as best I could and lost 10 pounds in 10 days which shoked me. If you don't mind some colorful commentary and like hilarious turns of phrase all in an interesting and quick reading book, you'll love this. I would definitely recommend this series for anyone ten and up. All the songs are good, the chords are reasonably accurate (there may be one or two off here and there, but nothing I'm going to get worked up over - you're never going to get exact when you're trying to condense multiple instruments into one line).
